The Departures Hall is in the middle of the ground floor of the terminal building with thirteen check-in counters and two automatic check-in machines. There are also ticket sales desks for Air Berlin, Iberia, Ryanair and Spanair, a cash machine, shops and an Aena information desk.
For those with mobility issues there is a special meeting point here to request help, as well as one outside the terminal building. There are three lost or damaged luggage offices on the ground floor: one for Iberia, one for Swissport and a general Flightcare desk.
Upstairs on the first floor is a restaurant and conference/meeting room for hire, although there are no VIP facilities at Jerez Airport.
Once through security , there is a tax-free shop and a restaurant in the departure lounge. Passengers board the aircraft through one of the five gates, one of which has two desks - 3a and 3b.
If you are dropping someone off at Jerez Airport Departures then the airport is situated off access roads leading either from the N-IVa or A-2004 depending on which direction you are coming from. It may also be helpful to look at the information we provide on Jerez Airport parking together with access to online Jerez Airport maps.
Alternatively, if you are departing and have not organised a Jerez Airport car hire then check out our information on Jerez Airport buses, Jerez Airport taxis and private Jerez Airport transfers.
The telephone number for Jerez Airport is (00 34) 902 404 704
