After disembarking from the aircraft passengers access the baggage reclaim hall through one of the two gates (national and international with passport control). Here there are three baggage reclaim carousels.
Once you have your luggage, you will pass through customs and into the Jerez Airport Arrivals Hall where there are two tourist information desks. For anyone who has experienced problems with their luggage, there are lost luggage desks for Iberia, Swissport and a general Flightcare desk situated in the central departures hall.
Also in the arrivals hall are the car hire offices. These are for AurigaCrown, Avis, Europcar, Goldcar, Hertz and National Atesa. For those travelling north you will need to head for the AP-4 or the N-IV, while those going to Cadiz or south to Tarifa will need to join the E-5.
Jerez Airport now has a train link with Jerez and Cadiz or you can catch a bus from outside arrivals which operates at 30 minute intervals into the city centre bus terminal which connects to many other Andalucian towns and cities. The taxi rank is also located here.
The telephone number for Jerez Airport is (00 34) 902 404 704
