When you are departing from Vitoria Airport you will find seven check-in desks in the departures hall of the passenger terminal. Iberia and Nordjet Airlines operate from Victoria.
After you have checked in your luggage and got your boarding pass you can wait in the main lobby until you are told to go through security and wait in one of the three pre-boarding areas.
If you have mobility problems and need assistance getting to the plane, make sure you notify your airline or the airport at least 48 hours in advance so that they can make the necessary arrangements to provide a wheelchair, buggey, etc.
Because Vitoria is mainly a cargo handling airport with very few passengers there are no shops or bars or cafes here. If you have time to kill and are planning on having something to eat and drink while waiting for your flight to be called it is best to bring your own food. There is a vending machine which dispenses drinks. The good news is the lack of passengers means that the check in process is usually very quick!
The lost luggage and lost property desks are in the arrivals hall. If you left anything on the plane on the way over you should contact your airline direct and not these representatives.
