British airways will operate a new route from London City Airprot to Menorca Mahon Airport from 25th May this year.There will be three return flights a week over the high season on Monday, Wednesday and Friday until 28th September.
Menorca Airport handled a total of 2,576,209 passengers last year which is a rise of 2.6% on the previous year. There were record numbers in the months of July (496,787) and August (540,372) with 263,570 passengers from the London area using Menorca Airport between May and September 2011.
